Rasputitsa Gravel Race 2018 Official Event Poster (Adobe Photoshop, 18" x 30") Featuring a David Bowie theme for the 2018 edition, the Rasputitsa, Russian for "Mud Season" is a 40 mile gravel race in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont which takes place in mid April. The race features racing over 90% gravel roads, 4000 ft of elevation gain, grades as steep as 17% and a difficult 5k section affectionately known as Cyberia. The festivities start and end at Burke Mountain Ski Resort, a Mecca for outdoor sports. This was the second consecutve year the race promoters had me back to design their event print.
